What you'll do:
- Handle a variety of oil and gas legal matters for energy clients
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements tied to oil and gas operations and transactions
- Research industry-specific issues and give clients practical guidance
- Work directly with clients on their legal and business needs
- Collaborate with attorneys and other professionals on high-quality work
What you'll bring:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice in Texas
- 3-6 years of relevant legal experience
- Oil and gas industry experience (required)
- Strong research, writing, drafting, and communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple matters and work well with a team
