A local bank in Florence is confidentially looking for a Branch Manager to lead its office and grow relationships across Fremont County and southern Colorado. The role combines team leadership, lending, and branch operations.

Responsibilities:

• Coach and lead a small branch team
• Grow branch deposits and loan balances
• Originate consumer and small business loans
• Manage daily operations, audits, and compliance
• Represent the bank at local events and organizations
• Keep service levels high for every customer

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in banking with supervisory or lending experience
• Background in consumer or small business lending
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Motivated to grow business in a close-knit community
• Organized, dependable, and customer focused
