A local bank in Lyman is confidentially hiring a Commercial Lender to grow business relationships across Uinta County and the Bridger Valley. The role covers business development, underwriting, structuring, closing, and servicing commercial loans.

Responsibilities:

• Assess client needs and recommend the right credit and deposit solutions
• Build lasting relationships with local business owners and real estate investors
• Evaluate creditworthiness and risk on new requests and renewals
• Prepare clear credit memos, proposals, and loan documents
• Open accounts and cross-sell bank services
• Reach portfolio and growth goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Commercial lending or credit experience
• Proven proposal and underwriting skills
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Organized and able to multitask
