As a key member of the insurance defense team, you won't just be supporting from the sidelines—you will be expected to take on meaningful responsibility and work alongside seasoned litigators on high-stakes matters.
The Role
This position offers the opportunity to span the full lifecycle of litigation, providing a balance of deep analytical work and active courtroom presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Case Management: Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution, including the development of comprehensive defense strategies.
Advocacy: Research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Direct Representation: Appear at hearings, depositions, and mediations.
Risk Assessment: Advise clients on risk management and strategic defense positioning.
