Job Description

A well-established and progressive agricultural operation is seeking a Grain Superintendent to oversee operations at a key location in Nebraska. This opportunity comes with a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package, and the support of an experienced and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, direct, and manage facility operations to meet company standards and schedules.
  • Oversee the inbound and outbound shipment of grain, including logistics and delivery coordination.
  • Lead and mentor a team, driving improvements in quality, safety, and operational performance.
  • Perform general maintenance and repairs to ensure facility efficiency and reliability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in grain elevator or facility management preferred.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and capable of meeting time-sensitive demands.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and a solid work ethic.
  • Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
