Job Description

A respected Atlanta law firm is looking to add a Commercial Transactions Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of transactional commercial law experience to its expanding business practice.

This position offers the opportunity to represent businesses ranging from startups to established companies in a wide variety of commercial transactions while working closely with experienced attorneys on sophisticated matters.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the Georgia Bar
• 2-5 years of commercial transactional experience
• Experience with:
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
  • Business entity formation and governance
  • Purchase and sale transactions
  • Commercial financing matters
  • Corporate governance and general business counseling
  • Due diligence and transactional support
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters
