Family Law Attorney Opportunity in Sarasota: Family Law with Hybrid Flexibility

Our client, a well-established Suncoast family law firm, is looking for a Family Law Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join its team in Sarasota. The practice handles dissolution, timesharing, support, property division, and post-judgment matters for individuals and families.

This is a hybrid position, giving you a balanced week of in-person time at the Sarasota office and focused days working from home.

What You'll Do

• Guide clients through family law matters from initial consultation to final judgment
• Prepare petitions, motions, financial affidavits, and marital settlement agreements
• Lead discovery and review financial documents
• Advocate for clients at hearings, mediations, and trials
• Support clients with compassion and clear communication

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 2+ years of family law experience
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and client service skills
• Ability to thrive on a hybrid schedule
