Litigation Attorney | Warranty & Automotive Litigation | Orlando, Florida

A respected Florida litigation firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney with approximately 2–5 years of civil litigation experience to join its growing automotive and warranty litigation practice in Orlando. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking sophisticated litigation work, meaningful client interaction, and long-term growth within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage warranty and automotive-related litigation matters through all phases of litigation
• Handle case evaluation, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, legal memoranda, and litigation strategy materials
• Work directly with clients, experts, and co-counsel to proactively manage cases and achieve favorable outcomes
• Collaborate closely with attorneys and leadership on complex litigation matters

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of civil litigation experience
• Experience with discovery, depositions, hearings, and motion practice
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and case management abilities
• Automotive or warranty litigation experience is a plus, but not required
• Active Florida Bar admission required
