About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Concrete Superintendent with a strong background in water and wastewater treatment plant construction. This person must be a proven leader in heavy civil concrete work and capable of stepping into large, complex projects—$100M+ in size—and making an immediate impact.

Responsibilities
Oversee all concrete-related field operations for major water/wastewater treatment plant projects
Coordinate and supervise crews, subcontractors, and daily site activities
Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards
Read and interpret project plans, specifications, and submittals
Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Owners
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of daily activities
Proactively identify and resolve field issues to keep the project moving smoothly
Qualifications
Extensive experience as a Concrete Superintendent in heavy civil construction
Direct experience on water or wastewater treatment plant projects is required
Proven track record working on large-scale projects ($100M+)
Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to manage large crews
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and deliver immediate results
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred, but not required
Valid driver’s license (truck allowance provided)
What We Offer
Competitive salary: $90,000–$110,000
