A growing, well-established technology services provider in the Eau Claire market is seeking a Copier Technician to support increased demand and expansion.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair copiers, printers, and MFDs
- Troubleshoot:
- Paper jams & feed issues
- Print quality problems
- Mechanical/electrical components (rollers, fusers, belts)
- Perform preventive maintenance independently
- Install/configure devices (IP printing, drivers, mapping, testing)
- Support onsite and remote service calls
- Document service activity in ticketing systems
- Manage parts inventory and communicate needs
- Provide a professional, solution-focused customer experience
🎯 Qualifications
- 2+ years servicing copiers, printers, or MFDs
- Experience with OEMs: Epson, HP, Canon, Ricoh, Lexmark, Xerox, etc.
- Strong troubleshooting (hardware + basic networking)
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience with ServiceNow, Zendesk, or similar is a plus
- CompTIA A+ or OEM certifications preferred
🚗 Territory
- Travel within ~60 miles of Eau Claire, WI
- Mileage reimbursement provided
💰 Compensation
- $20–$25/hr (DOE)
- ~$1,000 bonus
- 5% commission on net
- Realistic 1st Year: $60K–$65K+
- Growth into Lead Technician
