Job Description

We are looking to add a Field Foreman with Steel Construction Experience to our team immediately! 

This is great opportunity for an experienced Steel Erection Foreman/Supervisors.

The ideal candidate will enjoy working with a fast-paced team and is excited about the opportunity to advance within the company.

Structural Superintendent Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily construction of steel projects
  • Assure construction safety, quality, and specification compliance
  • Supervise daily construction efforts to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, codes, budget, and schedule requirements
  • Provide technical assistance, construction document interpretation, and recommendation of construction methods and equipment as required
  • Assist construction management in developing and implementing the project schedule 

Structural Superintendent Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands on experience in all phases of strucutral and misc. steel construction.
  • Minimum 2 years supervision or lead man role
  • Must have the ability to read construction plans, manage plan changes and speak effectively with city building inspectors and city department personnel on issues that arise during each phase of construction.
  • Must possess the ability to work well with professional trade partners and engineers.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
  • A desire to lead (and develop leadership) individuals from all backgrounds in the construction with building excellence
  • Strong sense of urgency

Schedule 

  • 5-6 days a week
  • 50-60 hours a week (with 10-20 hours OT)
  • Weekend Availability

Compensation 

  • $35-42/hour + OT
  • $100/Day Per Diem
