Cosmetic / Plastic Surgeon 

Location: Morgantown, West Virginia Job Type: Full-time | In-person

Procedures You’ll Perform

Facial Procedures: Facelift, neck lift, blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty, brow lift, lip lift, facial implants, forehead reduction, liposuction, Renuvion, injectables, skin resurfacing, AFT, PRP treatments, Instalift

Body Procedures: Liposuction, high-definition & VASER liposculpting, abdominoplasty/lipoabdominoplasty, breast augmentation (including TUBA/TUSBA), mastopexy, breast reduction, gynecomastia surgery, brachioplasty, thigh lift, upper/lower body lift, BBL (ultrasound-guided), surgical buttock lift, labiaplasty, mons plasty, sexual rejuvenation, PRP treatments

MedSpa Services: Injectables and laser treatments

Compensation & Growth Potential

• Base salary: $250,000 guaranteed
• Productivity-based bonuses – realistic total earnings $500,000–$600,000+ annually
• Partnership track with long-term equity potential
• No insurance hassles – focus entirely on patient care

Who We’re Looking For

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Completion of AACS-accredited Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship or accredited Plastic Surgery Residency (cosmetic fellowship preferred)
• Board-certified or board-eligible in: ABCS, ABFCS, or ABPS
• Strong surgical skillset with commitment to patient-centered care
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience managing pre-, intra-, and post-operative care
• Dedication to HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
