INSURANCE DEFENSE ATTORNEY

In-Office Oklahoma City with Flexibility | Salary Commensurate with Experience

Our firm handles a broad range of complex litigation matters on behalf of domestic and international clients across both state and federal courts. We are looking for an attorney to join our firm.

• Insurance Defense
• Bad Faith
• Appellate Work
• Employment Law
• Product Liability (Domestic & International Manufacturers)
• Transportation
• Commercial Business Litigation

Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of litigation including pleadings, motion practice, discovery, depositions, investigation, research, and trial
• Manage a caseload across state and federal courts
• Draft and argue motions and pleadings
• Take and defend depositions
• Conduct legal research and case investigation
• Assist with appellate work as needed
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Oklahoma state bar license in good standing
• Insurance defense experience required
• Full litigation experience strongly preferred
• Experience in state and federal court practice
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and deadlines
