Job Title: Title Attorney (Oil & Gas)

Location: Fully Remote

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced oil and gas title professional for a fully remote role. This position offers a manageable billable hour goal, strong bonus incentives for hours billed beyond the target, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Required Experience (Must Have)

• Minimum 3+ years of oil & gas title experience

• Direct title experience in:

  • Permian Basin

  • Bakken

• Title experience in the following states:

  • North Dakota

  • Texas

  • Montana

• Candidates must have experience in the Permian Basin and Bakken to be considered

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct oil and gas title examinations and ownership analysis

• Review and interpret deeds, leases, assignments, curative documents, and related instruments

• Prepare title opinions, reports, and ownership summaries

• Identify and resolve title defects and curative issues

• Manage work independently in a fully remote environment while meeting billable expectations
