1st Shift Production Supervisor – Dairy Manufacturing
gpac is partnering with a well-established dairy manufacturer with 30+ years of producing high-quality, locally processed products. They are seeking a 1st Shift Production Supervisor to join their leadership team and help drive production efficiency, safety, and team development.
Schedule
1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
2-2-3 rotating schedule
Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop production team members

Ensure productivity, efficiency, and quality during the shift

Collaborate with other departments and shift supervisors
-
Enforce company policies, GMPs, and regulatory requirements

Maintain a strong safety culture

Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with maintenance

Report shift performance and production updates to management
Qualifications
-
3+ years supervisory experience in food manufacturing (dairy preferred)
-
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
-
Knowledge of GMPs and food safety standards
-
Ability to operate production equipment and oversee manufacturing processes

Experience with production or data management systems preferred
