Project Executive – Commercial Construction

We’re seeking an experienced Project Executive to join a leading General Contractor. This role oversees multiple projects and teams, ensuring successful delivery from preconstruction through closeout, while playing a key role in client relationships and overall project performance.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams
• Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and project performance
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
• Support business development and help secure new work
• Provide leadership and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications:
• 10+ years of commercial construction experience across diverse project types (office, healthcare, retail, education, industrial, etc.)
• Proven leadership experience in a senior project role (Project Executive or similar)
• Strong knowledge of construction operations, contracts, and financials
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously
