Labor & Employment Attorney (2–15 Years Experience)

We are currently representing several of the state's most prestigious Labor & Employment practices—ranging from "Am Law 100" firms to specialized boutique powerhouses—seeking sharp, strategic attorneys to join their defense teams.

The Opportunities

We have several unique openings tailored to your specific level of expertise and career goals:

  • Junior to Mid-Level (2–5 years): Focus on wage and hour class actions, PAGA litigation, and single-plaintiff FEHA defense.
  • Senior Level (6–15 years): Focus on strategic advice and counsel, high-level workplace investigations, and lead-chair trial or arbitration responsibilities.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bar Admission: Must be an active member in good standing with the State Bar of California.
  • Background: 2–15 years of dedicated L&E experience (defense side preferred, but strong Plaintiff-side candidates will be considered).
  • Skillset: Strong experience with California Labor Code, wage/hour compliance, discrimination/harassment litigation, and/or preventative advice and counseling.
  • Communication: Exceptional writing skills for complex motions and the ability to provide clear, actionable counsel to HR departments and C-suite executives.
