Manufacturing Electrician – New Jersey $35–$40/hour + Bonus + Full Benefits

We are partnered with a well-established, industry-leading manufacturer seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Electrician to support plant operations and keep critical systems running efficiently.

This is a high-impact role within a stable company known for strong leadership, long-term growth, and a collaborative team environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including PLCs, motors, and VFDs

• Perform preventative maintenance and respond to emergency repairs

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams

• Maintain and improve control systems and plant equipment

• Install and modify electrical components and wiring

• Support continuous improvement and uptime across the facility

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5+ years of electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting

• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and industrial equipment

• Strong mechanical and electrical problem-solving ability

• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively

• Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, and controls is a plus
