Commercial Drywall Estimator
I’m partnered with a growing commercial drywall contractor that’s looking for an experienced Estimator to join their team. This is a great opportunity to work on local commercial projects with a company that offers stability, competitive pay, and long-term career growth.
What You’ll Do:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for metal stud framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, and related scopes
Analyze drawings, blueprints, and project specifications to define scope and quantities
Develop accurate proposals and bids in coordination with project managers and clients
Build and maintain vendor/subcontractor relationships for competitive pricing
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Drywall Estimator on commercial construction projects
Strong understanding of drywall, framing, and ceiling systems
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
Detail-oriented, analytical, and skilled in communication & negotiation
