I'm recruiting dermatologists for dermatology, plastic surgery, and aesthetic/med spa practices across Maryland. You'd run a full medical, procedural, and cosmetic dermatology schedule with real clinical autonomy and support from an experienced team.
What you'll do
- Diagnose and treat medical dermatology conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, and rosacea
- Perform full-body skin exams and skin cancer screenings
- Perform biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, and other in-office procedures
- Offer cosmetic services such as neurotoxins, fillers, and laser treatments where the practice provides them
- Supervise and collaborate with PAs, NPs, and clinical staff
- Document visits accurately in the EMR
What you'll bring
- MD or DO with completed dermatology residency
- Board certification or board eligibility in dermatology
- Active Maryland medical license (or eligibility) and DEA registration
- Strong clinical judgment and a patient-first approach
