Job Title: Agronomy Associate – Chemical Operations & Sales Support

Overview We are seeking a motivated Agronomy Associate to support daily chemical operations while also helping grow the customer base for a well-established agronomy application business. This is a hands-on role combining operational execution with relationship-building and business development in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with chemical handling, mixing, and application operations in accordance with safety and regulatory standards
• Support daily facility operations including inventory management, equipment upkeep, and logistics coordination
• Work closely with applicators and operations team to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
• Build and maintain relationships with local growers and ag producers
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory
• Provide product recommendations and agronomic insights to customers
• Assist in scheduling applications and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the season

Qualifications

• Background in agriculture, agronomy, or related field preferred
• Experience with crop inputs, chemicals, or application operations is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Applicator’s license (or willingness to obtain) preferred
• Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons
