Concrete Foreman

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Foreman to join a growing team in the Detroit market. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who can read blueprints, tie rebar, manage crews, and build out their own team. All work is local—no out-of-state travel required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage concrete crews on-site
• Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
• Ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Coordinate material deliveries and job site logistics
• Assist in hiring and building out your own crew

Project Scope Includes:

• Foundations
• Slab on Grade
• Flatwork
• Cast-in-Place Walls
• Press Pits
