The Role:

As a Senior Accountant/Controller, you will play a critical role in managing the financial operations of two parallel companies—one specializing in distributing pet products and the other focused on manufacturing the core product. This position offers the unique opportunity to oversee multi-entity accounting in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financials for two related companies (distribution & manufacturing)
• Handle AR/AP, payroll, bank reconciliations, and inventory accounts
• Oversee financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
• Work closely with auditors and tax accountants
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online & Excel
• Experience managing financials for multiple entities
• Familiarity with SOS Inventory (a plus, but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
