A highly regarded litigation practice is seeking a Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney with substantial experience handling complex insurance bad faith and high-exposure commercial disputes.
This opportunity is geared toward attorneys who already know how to lead cases, manage sophisticated litigation strategy, and perform in the courtroom—and who are looking for a platform that supports meaningful trial work, autonomy, and long-term growth.
The practice handles significant litigation matters involving insurance coverage, bad faith exposure, business disputes, and complex civil litigation. Attorneys are trusted with real responsibility, direct client interaction, and the ability to drive strategy from inception through trial or resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as lead or first-chair counsel in complex commercial litigation matters
Manage sophisticated insurance bad faith and coverage disputes
Develop and execute litigation strategy through all phases of a case
Handle depositions, hearings, dispositive motions, mediations, and trials
Maintain direct interaction with clients, carriers, and decision-makers
Mentor and collaborate with junior attorneys and litigation teams
Desired Background:
8+ years of commercial litigation experience
Significant insurance bad faith litigation experience
Proven first-chair trial experience required
Strong deposition, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy skills
Ability to independently manage complex, high-value litigation
Active Washington State Bar admission required
