Key Requirements & Experience:

• Experience: 5 years of post-bar experience, specifically in Catastrophic Personal Injury or Plaintiff Medical Malpractice.
• Defense Consideration: Candidates with significant experience on the Defense side of medical malpractice or catastrophic personal injury will be seriously considered.
• Deposition Expertise: Must possess significant and proven deposition skills. The ability to effectively depose parties, experts, and witnesses is crucial.
• Bar Membership: Must be an active member in good standing of the Indiana Bar
