Class A Office TI Superintendent – Dallas

A top local general contractor with repeat business and a good standing in the industry needs a Lead Superintendent. You would be in charge of a variety of Class A office tenant improvement projects, ranging from $100K up to $20M.

What you will do:

• Lead the daily meeting with the whole crew
• Hire, train and manage the people who report to you
• Build to the drawings and approved plans

What you need:

• More than 2 years leading Class A office TI projects as an acting Superintendent
