This individual will provide strategic leadership for all title operations across the organization, develop and implement growth strategies to expand the bank’s title services market presence, establish operational goals, performance metrics, and profitability targets for the title division, and partner with executive leadership to align title operations with the bank’s overall strategic initiatives. You will also be responsible for operational oversight, compliance and risk management, and business development.
