Estimator – Commercial Construction, Dallas

If you are an Estimator who cares about getting construction management right, a construction company with an award-winning record is hiring. Candidates should have 3+ years of estimating experience in the commercial, healthcare, educational, multifamily and office markets.

The work

• Manage and develop estimates for several projects running at once
• Prepare budget cost estimates for construction, including labor and materials
• Use conceptual design and value engineering where needed
• Write up and present budgets, reports and project plans
• Partner with clients, owners, field personnel and design teams, while also being able to work independently

Qualifications

• 3+ years as an Estimator in commercial, multifamily, healthcare, educational and office work
• Experience on projects valued up to $50M
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
• Working proficiency with construction management software and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility when project requirements and priorities shift
• A strong focus on delivering the best customer service

Compensation and benefits

• Base salary of $70,000-$130,000, based on experience
