What We're Looking For:

We’re seeking a passionate Interior Designer with 5–12 years of experience who’s ready to take ownership of diverse projects and grow within a supportive, forward-thinking team.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Interior Design

  • Proven experience across all phases of interior architectural projects

  • Strong background in commercial, municipal, sustainable, or public sector projects

  • Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office

  • Excellent technical detailing, codes knowledge, and design integration

  • Strong communicator who thrives in client-facing roles

  • LEED and NCIDQ certifications are a plus

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead interior design projects from concept through completion

  • Collaborate with clients to bring their vision to life

  • Manage project planning, budgets, and schedules

  • Produce high-quality documentation and 3D models

  • Foster long-term client relationships and support business development

  • Collaborate across disciplines while building leadership skills
