Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Director Feed Milling to provide high-level leadership and strategic direction across our feed operations! This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Feed Mill Manager ready to step beyond day-to-day plant operations and into a broader, enterprise-level leadership role.

As Senior Director, you will oversee the feed division with a focus on strategic execution and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop & Execute Strategy: Build and implement division-wide strategies aligned with company goals and long-term growth
  • Leadership & Team Development: Mentor and guide plant leaders, fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement
  • Change Management: Lead organizational and operational change initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Transportation & Logistics Oversight: Optimize distribution networks, freight strategies, and cost efficiencies
  • KPI Ownership: Establish, monitor, and drive key performance indicators across safety, quality, cost, and productivity
  • Project Management: Lead high-impact projects, including capital improvements, process enhancements, and system implementations

 

 

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience as a Feed Mill Manager or similar leadership role
  • Proven ability to transition from hands-on operations to strategic oversight
  • Strong background in multi-site leadership, process optimization, and performance management
  • Experience in transportation/logistics and supply chain coordination
  • Demonstrated success leading change management initiatives
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
  • Willingness and ability to relocate to company headquarters
