Project Manager / Lead Project Manager (Multifamily Construction) San Diego, CA

A nationally ranked multifamily general contractor is hiring Project Managers and Lead Project Managers for large-scale ground-up multifamily, podium, and mixed-use projects across San Diego. Strong pipeline, minimal travel.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from precon through closeout

• Oversee budgets, schedules, subs, and client relationships

• Drive cost control, change orders, and project execution

Qualifications:

• 5–15+ years commercial construction (multifamily preferred)

• Ground-up and mixed-use experience

• Strong financial and scheduling knowledge

• Procore or similar software experience

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation & Perks:

• PM: $150K – $180K base

• Lead PM: $180K – $230K base

• 15–20% bonus + sign-on bonus

• Vehicle allowance

• Full benefits + 401K
