We’re searching for a top-tier Commercial Construction General Superintendent!
Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction General Superintendent to lead large-scale commercial projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining exceptional quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all on-site construction activities as the Commercial Construction General Superintendent, coordinating subcontractors, labor, and materials.
Enforce safety protocols, quality standards, and building code compliance.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and owners to drive project success.
Mentor and guide site teams to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Commercial Construction General Superintendent on commercial projects.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
In-depth knowledge of construction methods, codes, and safety regulations.
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
