A respected and growing law firm in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking an Insurance Defense Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join their litigation team. Position Overview
The ideal candidate will have experience handling insurance defense matters and be comfortable managing files with increasing independence. You will work on a variety of cases, collaborate with seasoned litigators, and engage directly with clients.
Responsibilities:
• Handle insurance defense cases from initial stages through resolution
• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and reports
• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and other proceedings
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel
• Work collaboratively with a strong litigation team
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of insurance defense litigation experience
• Licensed and in good standing in Arizona
• Strong writing, analytical, and courtroom skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and caseload efficiently
• Team-oriented mindset and professional communication skills
