Job Captain – Join a National Design Firm Making an Impact

We’re looking for two experienced Job Captains to join our creative and forward-thinking architecture firm. With a diverse portfolio spanning commercial, institutional, and residential projects, this is your chance to lead exciting work and grow within a collaborative, nationally respected team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead design teams and coordinate project tasks to meet deadlines and budgets

  • Produce, update, and review architectural drawings with precision and clarity

  • Collaborate closely with architects, project managers, and clients

  • Use AutoCAD (or equivalent software) for detailed drafting and revisions

  • Troubleshoot design software and manage office drawing standards

  • Maintain organized project documentation and drawing updates

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of architectural education or equivalent professional experience

  • 5+ years of architectural design and drafting experience

  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2013 or newer)

  • Excellent drafting skills and keen attention to detail

  • Strong communication and teamwork mindset
