If you’re an enthusiastic Interior Designer looking for an exciting opportunity to grow within a reputable Architecture and Design Firm, this is your chance to join a dynamic team! We are seeking a talented professional with a passion for design and a strong desire to further develop leadership skills while managing diverse, impactful projects.

Interior Design Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Interior Design
• 5-12 years of experience in all phases of architectural projects, with a strong focus on interior design
• Strong background in commercial, recreation, public sector, public works, sustainable, and municipal/government projects is a plus

Interior Designer Requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, PhotoShop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office preferred
• Excellent technical, code, and detailing skills for high-quality documentation
• Collaborative mindset with enthusiasm for the multidisciplinary design process
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients
• Ability to integrate design requirements seamlessly with architecture
• LEED accreditation and NCIDQ certification are a bonus

Interior Designer Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from start to finish, taking ownership of every phase
• Collaborate with clients to define design concepts and project requirements
• Develop design criteria and oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and planning
• Create detailed designs, drawings, and models using advanced software tools
• Foster professional client relationships and contribute to business development
• Exhibit leadership abilities while building connections across all project levels
