Civil Engineer, PE – Land Development
Are you a driven Civil Engineer with a passion for land development? We’re looking for a licensed PE to join our growing team and lead a variety of impactful civil-site projects. What You’ll Do:
Lead land development projects from concept to completion
Design grading, drainage, utilities, site layout, and erosion control plans
Provide expert input during client and team design sessions
Mentor junior team members and review technical work
Prepare detailed plans, reports, specifications, and permit applications
Attend client meetings and occasional site visits for construction observation
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (from an accredited university)
Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
5+ years of experience in land development engineering
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and utility modeling
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office
