Position Summary - Territory Sales Representative - C-store (West Coast) Reports to National Regional Manager
The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding distribution, and executing best-in-class in-store performance for company brands, across an assigned territory. This role partners closely with key retailers such as C-Store Wholesaler’s and regional C- Store chains, as well as broker partners, to deliver against sales, distribution, and profitability targets.
Required • 2–5 years of experience in CPG sales or retail execution• Experience working with grocery, drug, dollar, or convenience accounts preferred• Familiarity with broker model and field execution strongly
preferred• Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, IRI/Nielsen, or Power BI• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
Education: Bachelor Degree
Travel Requirements• Frequent travel within assigned territory (50–75%)• Valid driver’s license required or another form of transportation
