Job Description

We are actively seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to support a strong and growing pipeline of construction projects. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in managing large-scale projects and leading cross-functional teams from preconstruction through close-out. The right candidate will play a critical role in ensuring successful project delivery by overseeing planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination. Responsibilities

  • Lead all activities related to contract administration, change orders, procurement, scheduling, and financial reporting
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of project contracts and all involved stakeholders
  • Secure required permits and verify subcontractor insurance coverage
  • Facilitate project meetings to coordinate work activities and ensure alignment
  • Lead, train, and develop project team members
  • Prepare and submit monthly project status reports outlining priorities, risks, and key issues
  • Monitor project schedules, establish deadlines, and track progress against milestones
  • Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Oversee project close-out, including turnover of manuals, warranties, and final payment documentation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, engineers, and design teams
  • Promote and enforce a strong culture of safety on all project sites
  • Support business development efforts through participation in proposals and presentations
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment

Qualifications

  • Degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4+ years of construction experience, preferably with a general contractor on large-scale projects
  • 2+ years of experience leading and developing teams
  • Strong understanding of the strategic, operational, and financial aspects of construction projects
  • Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish successfully
  • Skilled in building and negotiating relationships with clients and subcontractors
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
  • Demonstrated leadership, accountability, and a strong work ethic

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $105K – $130K (Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors)
