Licensed Funeral Director / Embalmer Opportunity – Wisconsin

I specialize in recruiting within the funeral profession and I am currently working with several well-respected funeral homes across Wisconsin that are actively looking to add strong Funeral Directors and Embalmers to their teams.

These firms are stable, community-focused operations with supportive ownership and strong reputations in their markets. They are looking for professionals who want to be part of a team environment and build a long-term career in the profession.

Opportunities include:

• Family-owned funeral homes that have been in business for generations with strong reputations in their communities
• Competitive compensation and staffing structures that allow for a healthy work-life balance
• Environments where you can handle both front-of-house and back-of-house responsibilities, while still playing to your strengths
• Manageable caseloads in communities where the pace of life and clientele are very reasonable
• Strong benefits packages and flexibility depending on experience level

Current openings include multiple roles across Wisconsin / Compensation Varies!:

• 3 opportunities on the east side of the state: 60K–80K, with top candidates reaching 85K
• 1 opportunity on the west side with a clear path into management and housing included!
• Care Center Manager role: ranges from 80K–95K
• 2 Classic Funeral Director roles in central Wisconsin
