A well-established healthcare organization in the Morgan, MN area is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to join their leadership team. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure high-quality patient care
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff while fostering a positive team culture
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and clinical workflows
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
• Maintain survey readiness and support quality improvement initiatives
• Assist with policy development and implementation
• Monitor clinical performance metrics and ensure standards of care are met

Qualifications

• Active RN license required
• Previous leadership experience as a Director of Nursing, Assistant DON, or Nurse Manager preferred
• Strong knowledge of long-term care/skilled nursing regulations and compliance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Passion for providing exceptional resident and patient care
