A well-established and highly respected plaintiff personal injury firm in Oklahoma City is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join its growing litigation team. What You’ll Do

  • Manage a caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from intake through resolution or trial
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
  • Take and defend depositions, including parties, witnesses, and experts
  • Attend mediations, hearings, and settlement conferences
  • Develop case strategy and evaluate damages
  • Prepare cases for trial and serve as first or second chair as appropriate
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide guidance and updates
  • Collaborate with support staff and other attorneys to maximize case outcomes

Types of Cases

  • Motor vehicle accidents (including commercial trucking)
  • Catastrophic injury and wrongful death
  • Premises liability
  • Insurance bad faith
  • Product liability (experience helpful but not required)

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in Oklahoma (required)
  • 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience
  • Strong deposition and motion practice skills
  • Trial experience or significant trial preparation experience preferred
  • Ability to independently manage a caseload
  • Excellent negotiation, advocacy, and communication skills
  • Client-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
