Top Texas-based general contractror of construction is seeking an APM to support commercial, multifamily, and institutional projects. Ideal for a Project Engineer ready to step up or an APM targeting a fast-track to Project Manager.
Responsibilities
Support PM across full project lifecycle
Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, documentation
Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
Requirements
diverse commercial or multifamily construction experience
PE or APM background
Compensation
$70K – $95K base + bonus potential
Standard benefits package (health, 401k, PTO)
