Job Description

Job Title: Territory Agronomy Sales Representative
Location: North Carolina (Multiple Territories Available)

About the Opportunity: We are working with a nationally recognized ag company that is expanding and looking to add 2–3 Agronomy Sales Representatives across North Carolina. This is a unique opportunity for driven, self-starting sales professionals who want to build something big and be highly rewarded for their performance.

This role is purely focused on sales—you’ll work directly with growers while leveraging nearby hub locations for inventory, logistics, and custom application services.

What You’ll Do:

  • Call directly on growers within your territory to build and grow relationships
  • Sell crop inputs including seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products
  • Develop and grow your own book of business
  • Work independently while utilizing company hubs for operational support
  • Focus on revenue generation—operations, delivery, and application are fully supported

What They’re Looking For (Top Priorities):

  • Self-starter mentality with a strong drive to build and grow a territory
  • Proven sales ability within the ag industry
  • Motivation to chase high earnings and long-term growth
  • Agronomy sales experience preferred; strong ag sales backgrounds will also be considered
  • Existing book of business is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Highly competitive base salary ($70K–$200K depending on experience)
  • Aggressive, uncapped commission structure
  • Top performers earning $500K+ annually
  • Base acts as a draw—earnings above base are paid out in commission
  • Company vehicle (personal use included)
  • Gas card and expense account
  • Excellent health benefits

Why This Role Stands Out:

  • Pure sales focus—no operational responsibilities
  • Flexibility to work your territory without being tied to a single location
  • Strong backend support for logistics and application
  • High-income potential with room to grow long-term
