Commercial Roofing Project Manager/Estimator

We are seeking a Commercial Roofing Project Manager/Estimator to oversee project planning, budgeting, and scheduling. This role involves reviewing proposals, blueprints, and other documents to accurately estimate the resources required for the successful execution of commercial roofing projects.

Qualifications and Responsibilities for the Commercial Roofing Project Manager/Estimator:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roofing project management and/or estimating.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial roofing products, systems, and manufacturer specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with architects and other professionals from pre-bid stages through to project completion.
  • Organize and lead meetings with clients, site managers, and other project stakeholders.
  • Monitor the construction process to ensure compliance with codes and quality standards.
