We are seeking a skilled Licensed Property and Casualty Producer to drive business growth and manage client accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities; achieve sales targets.
• Client Service: Conduct needs assessments, provide expert advice, and manage policies from quoting to renewal.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain client relationships; address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Market Knowledge: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications:

• License: Valid Property and Casualty Insurance License required.
• Experience: Proven track record in property and casualty insurance sales.
• Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills; excellent customer service.
• Knowledge: Solid understanding of insurance products and market dynamics.
