Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimate and manage multiple masonry construction projects, overseeing budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and establish realistic timelines and deliverables.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Communicate regularly with project teams, providing guidance to ensure objectives are met on time and within budget.
  • Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, proposals, change orders, and progress reports, ensuring accuracy and organization.
  • Monitor budgets and expenses, tracking costs to keep projects aligned with financial forecasts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in masonry project estimation and management.
  • Strong knowledge of masonry materials, techniques, best practices, and building codes.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide project teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • OSHA certification and other relevant safety credentials (preferred).
