Now, they’re offering a rare chance for the right person to step into a Tax Manager role with a clear, fast-moving track to Partner — including the potential to take the seat (and name) of the founding partner within 3 years.

        The Opportunity:

• Manage and review complex returns: 1120, 1120S, 1065, 1040, 1041, 706, 709, 990
• Lead client communications and maintain long-term relationships
• Mentor and support staff while collaborating closely with firm leadership
• Work onsite with optional hybrid one day/week flexibility
• Be positioned for real decision-making authority and ownership potential

        What They’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of public accounting experience
• CPA and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• A strong communicator with leadership potential and a growth mindset
• Someone who thrives in a team environment and takes pride in helping clients succeed
• Client facing engagement experience

        Compensation & Perks:

• Base Salary: $150,000–$200,000
• Bonuses: 10–15% of salary, paid twice per year
• Perks include:

• One weekend off per month during busy season
