Job Description

We are teamed up with an award winning, plaintiff's firm in Beverly Hills that has an opening for a Senior Law and Motion Attorney. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience and bring top-notch writing skills. This is a position for someone to work independently along side of the trial attorney. This is a unique opportunity and depending on the depth of experience, the position can be on-site or fully remote in CA. You must be comfortable with onboarding for an orientation period if residing outside of the Los Angeles area. The firm will cover hotel and travel.
 

Requirements of this position-

  • Plaintiff Personal Injury or Premises Liability experience

  • Excellent writing skills (two writing samples required)

  • 10+ years of experience- preferably strong law and motion practice

  • Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision

  • This position does not lead to partner- must be comfortable in the law and motion role (person in this role currently is retiring)

  • Licensed and in good standing- California

  • Competitive base salary- $275-$375K (DOE/DOQ)

*Candidate must be comfortable with base, no bonuses are administered for this position.

 

Work Environment-

This position can be on-site for 30 days up to 6 months for less experienced attorneys, then can transition to fully-remote. For more experienced attorneys, the candidate can travel to LA for onboarding (2 weeks- 30 days) and then transition to fully remote. Firm will pay for hotel/ travel costs.
