Estate Planning & Probate Attorney – Grow with a Respected Florida Firm

Are you an experienced estate planning and probate attorney ready to take the next step in your career? A well-regarded Florida law firm is growing its Orlando office (Northern area) and is seeking a seasoned attorney to join their trusts and estates practice. This is a rare opportunity to join a reputable firm offering meaningful work, autonomy, and the resources to grow your practice—with no billable hour requirement.

Whether you're looking for a collaborative team, long-term stability, or a platform to continue building your client base, this could be the right fit.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in estate planning and probate administration, including complex trust work, high-net-worth estates, and guardianship matters

  • Client-Focused: Skilled in guiding clients through sensitive planning and post-death administration with clarity and compassion

  • Licensed: Member of the Florida Bar, in good standing

  • Business Acumen: A portable book of business is highly preferred but not required—growth-minded attorneys will be supported in business development

  • Mindset: Self-motivated, organized, and looking for a long-term home to grow a practice

What You’ll Get in Return

  • No billable hour requirement—focus on clients and quality work, not time tracking

  • Flexible structure—in-office preferred, but hybrid flexibility can be discussed

  • Competitive compensation plus full benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more

  • Path for growth—firm leadership is invested in developing its team and promotes from within

  • High-quality support staff and infrastructure to help you succeed

If you're ready to bring your estate planning expertise to a team that values client service and attorney well-being, this opportunity could be your next great move.
