⚖️ What You’ll Do
As a Transactional Business & Commercial Real Estate Associate, you will:
✍️ Draft & Review ContractsEnsure agreements are clear, enforceable, and structured to minimize risk.
🤝 Negotiate Sales & Purchase AgreementsRepresent and protect clients’ interests in both day-to-day operations and complex transactions.
🏦 Handle Investment & Financing MattersAssist with structuring deals, investment transactions, lending agreements, and capital-raising activities.
👩⚖️ Who You Are
✔️ Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania
✔️ 2+ years of experience in business transactions or commercial real estate
✔️ Strong analytical, negotiation, and drafting skills
✔️ A collaborative professional excited to work with a team and make a real impact on clients’ commercial success
